I’m a creative operations and project leadership professional with 18+ years of experience working across graphic design, branding, web, and digital marketing. I started my career as a designer, which gave me a deep understanding of the creative process and a strong respect for the people doing the work.

Over time, my role naturally expanded. I found myself stepping into positions where I wasn’t just contributing creatively, but helping teams work more clearly, projects run more smoothly, and clients feel more confident in the process. That evolution, from designer to creative leader to operations-focused project owner, shapes how I approach my work today.

How I Got Here

My background spans hands-on design, creative direction, project leadership, and operations. I’ve worked in environments where timelines are real, priorities shift, and success depends on clear ownership and follow-through—not just good ideas.

Across agencies and teams, I’ve led projects with many moving parts: multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, tight timelines, and evolving scope. Those experiences taught me how important structure, communication, and decision-making are to creative success.

Rather than specializing in just one lane, I’ve built a career around connecting them—bridging creative vision with execution, and ensuring the work can actually move from idea to launch.

What I Bring to Teams & Clients

In practice, I’m often the person connecting clients, designers, developers, and marketing teams. I translate goals into clear direction, keep work organized and moving, and step in when decisions need to be made or priorities need to be clarified.

I’ve designed and implemented creative workflows, project structures, and handoff systems that brought clarity to fast-moving teams and helped reduce friction, rework, and misalignment. While the tools and platforms change over time, the underlying focus stays consistent: building systems that support people and protect the work.

Because I come from a design background, I understand where creative projects tend to break down, and how to prevent that. When it’s helpful, I step in hands-on to support early design concepts and late-stage refinements, to keep momentum and reduce back-and-forth.
I’m thoughtful, steady, and pragmatic. I communicate clearly, address issues directly, and stay calm when things get complicated. I care about strong working relationships and believe trust is built through consistency, transparency, and follow-through.

How I Show Up

I’m collaborative, approachable, and supportive, and I care deeply about how people experience working together. I value teams where people take pride in their work, respect one another, and feel comfortable showing up as themselves. That mindset shapes how I lead, communicate, and build long-term working relationships.

I believe acknowledgement matters. Effort, progress, and course-correction deserve to be recognized—not just outcomes. When people feel seen and appreciated for the work they’re doing, they stay engaged, motivated, and invested in getting better.

I believe strongly in encouragement. Creative work is iterative and challenging, and clarity doesn’t always come immediately. I encourage teams to push beyond self-imposed limits, stay curious through uncertainty, and keep moving forward even when the solution isn’t fully formed yet.

Collaboration means more than working side by side. It means creating space for ideas to come from anywhere and valuing input across roles and disciplines. Some of the strongest work happens when people feel empowered to speak up, contribute, and challenge ideas constructively, and I actively foster that environment.

After Hours

Outside of my creative world, I’m a Jersey girl turned cowgirl, and Texas has had my heart for the last two years. I have an awesome husband, two little girls who have proudly inherited my love of all things creative, and two new family additions, our ferrets, Gus and Milo. And no, they don’t smell that bad, they are GREAT family pets, highly recommend!

Our house is equal parts crafts, games, dance parties, and chaos, with a steady stream of friends and kids we’ve unofficially adopted along the way. It’s messy, loud, and exactly right.

I love horses (still patiently waiting for my first pony), and I’m a total sucker for Samyang Buldak Ramen (which at this point qualifies as a full-blown addiction).

I’m drawn to roles where creative leadership, project management, and operations come together to support strong work, healthy teams, and confident clients.
